One lesson I’ve learned in life, it’s pointless arguing with someone who WILL NOT think they are ever wrong. In order for an argument to be productive both parties have to come to the table with their opinions, beliefs, or facts and the understanding or knowledge that they could be wrong.
Yes I also included “facts” even with facts we can be wrong and that can come through a misinterpretation of the facts or a factually incomplete picture. If we were to have all the facts and it left no room for interpretation then we can come to the metaphorical table with that one area deadset, impenetrable, and immovable. Even if that was the case it would only be on that one topic, all other topics you would have to still be open-minded.
