Racism At An Airline?

THIS ISN’T PERCEIVED RACISM THIS SEEMS LIKE ACTUAL RACISM.

  • June 16th, 2011 (Thursday) San Francisco California
  • Black guy
  • returning from funeral
  • pajama pants, no belt, sagging a little
  • politely refused to pull pants up multiple times
  • US Airways has no dress code policy
  • captain and police offer were more aggressive and belligerent than Deshon Marman (black guy)
  • All other plane passengers were de-boarded
  • Deshon Marman “allegedly” resisted arrest
  • San Francisco Chronicle reports Deshon Marman held on $11,000 bail for suspicion of trespassing, battery and resisting arrest
